Return/Refund Policy

FOR PREPAID ORDERS:

Once an order is delivered in good condition, we do not offer refunds. However, if a customer wishes to exchange the purchased item, they must send the product to our warehouse address at their own expense.

Upon receiving the product in good condition from the customer, we will ship the replacement product to the provided shipping address.

NOTE: 

If the price of the exchanged product is higher than the previously ordered item, the customer will need to pay the price difference before shipment.

If the price of the exchanged product is lower than the previously ordered item, the difference amount will be credited toward the customer's next order.

Please be aware that any exchange request without a valid reason, along with a parcel opening video and images, will not be considered.

 FOR CASH ON DELIVERY ORDERS:

We do not accept exchange or refund requests for cash on delivery orders.

WHAT TO DO IF ITEMS RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE ?

Should an item be broken, please email us on contact@houseofrumi.in , 5-7 days of the receipt of your order, mentioning your order number and name, stating the defect and a picture clearly showing it. We will get the item collected for quality assessment and replace the ordered item once we receive the defective piece/pieces/sets at our cost, at the earliest.

Note : Any claim without a picture will not be valid.
