Cancellation Policy: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Payment Options: We offer a range of convenient payment options, including major credit/debit cards, Net Banking, UPI, and Cash on Delivery for select areas.

Missed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If you're unavailable, they'll retry on consecutive business days. After three unsuccessful attempts, uncollected packages will be canceled and returned to us.

We aim to deliver House of Rumi products nationwide, yet some pin codes may be unserviceable due to logistical constraints; kindly verify availability on our website before ordering.
2. International Shipping Update:
Currently, we exclusively ship within India, with plans to extend international delivery in the near future, ensuring the finest service from House of Rumi.
3. Order Delivery Timeframe:
We take 3-8 business days to deliver your order across India.
4. Checking Your Order Status:
Easily monitor your order's progress through email confirmations of receipt, shipment dispatch, and delivery date, and utilize the order tracking feature in the

5. Handling Damaged Products:
If you receive a damaged product, please inspect the packaging upon delivery. If the package shows signs of damage, kindly refuse acceptance and return it to the delivery partner. For orders under COD, inspection before payment isn't possible. If damage is found after delivery, inform us within 24 hours for prompt replacement; delays may shift liability. 6. Dealing with Order Delays:
In the event of an unforeseen delay in shipping, we'll promptly inform you. If your order can't be shipped completely within 7 days, we'll seek your confirmation for shipping available items; payment for unshipped items will be refunded.
