Can I make purchases from House Of Rumi if I reside outside India?

To find a particular product or brand, simply enter the keyword into the search bar located at the top of every page on the website.

Can I place an order for a different shipping address?

Yes, you can ship to an address which is different from the one provided in your account details. While placing the order, enter the address you wish the shipment to be delivered to and we will do the needful.

Is it possible to place an order for a different shipping location?

Absolutely, you have the option to ship to an address that differs from the one listed in your account information. During the order placement process, simply input the desired delivery address, and we will take care of the rest.

I will be unavailable at the time of delivery. Can I request for a delay?

You can contact us before the order has been shipped to request for an exception. Please drop us an email at (House of Rumi Email Id) with your order id and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I postpone the delivery if I won't be available?

If you anticipate being unavailable during the delivery window, you have the option to make a request for a delay. Prior to your order being shipped, kindly reach out to us at (House of Rumi Email Id) and provide your order id. We will make every effort to assist you with your request.

How long until I get my order?

Once you've successfully placed and confirmed your order, please give us a window of 2-7 business days for your order to be delivered.

Is it possible for someone else to receive my order?

Absolutely, you can designate a neighbor or a household member to accept the order on your behalf. To arrange this, simply get in touch with the assigned delivery agent using the phone number provided in your order updates. Please ensure to coordinate accordingly.
